An app developer is dragging Kim Kardashian to court in new $100million lawsuit he filed against her for robbing him of his entitled profits from her super successful kimoji business.
Kim Kardashian’s team has denied any wrongdoing, tagging the lawsuit “ridiculous and absurd.”
According to reports, David Liebensohn (the guy suing Kim) claims that she had seen an app (CensoreOut) made by him and his team and that Kim had proposed that they work on it together in 2014 which later transformed to “Kimojis”.
According to reports on the lawsuit, Kim Kardashian, however, told David and his team she would get a trademark for “Kimoji,” but promised the company that they were in it together, but along the line, Kim backed out of the deal because someone in David’s team released private information about her.
According to David, Kim already knew about the information that leaked out and David confirmed that someone in his team definitely released the info. In addition to this David is claiming that Kim and her lawyers are secretly begging him to drop the lawsuit.
Why David is suing: Breach of contract, fraud and for profits from the highly successful Kimoji business, which produces animated emojis and GIFs of the Kim and her family.
Kim’s lawyer, Marty Singer says he’s confident that with his progress so far, the case will soon be dismissed.
