The House of Representatives has today passed a total of N8,916, 964, 098, 373 trillion as the total spending budget for 2019.

In December 2018, President Muhammadu Buhari presented a budget which seats at a total estimate of N8.83 trillion before a close session of the Senate and the House of representatives for the 2019 fiscal year.

The approval of N8.916 billon by the house of representatives is far beyond the figure of N8.83 trillion 2019 budget earlier presented by President Muhammadu Buhari to a joint session of the National Assembly on the 19th of December 2018 which has now been increased by a whopping 86 billion naira.

The approval followed the consideration of the report of the Senate Committee on Appropriations presented by the Chairman, Senator Danjuma Goje, APC, Gombe Central.

Now the question is what will they do with this N86 Billion?

probably enrich themselves and I can boldly say this year will pass and there won’t be anything major that will reflect the approval of this outrageous money 🙄

Only God can end the corruption in Nigeria 😔
