DaBaby is an American rapper, songwriter, and singer born Jonathan Lyndale Kirk. He started his rapping career in 2015 and has become one of the most successful rappers in the last five years.

Early Life of DaBaby
Jonathan Lyndale Kirk was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on 22 December 1991. Kirk grew up with two brothers and is the youngest child. In 1999, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and got involved in criminal activities.
He graduated from Julius L. Chambers High School in 2010 and went to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Kirk studied for two years and dropped out so he could pursue his passion for music. His favorite artists growing up were Lil Wayne, Eminem, and 50 Cent.
DaBaby released his first mixtape, “Nonfiction,” in 2015 to little fanfare.
