Pink’s Gravity-Defying Grammy Moment That Left Oprah Speechless!

Pink left everyone speechless at the Grammys with her “jaw-dropping” aerial act, and Oprah wasn’t shy about calling it exactly that. Picture this: Pink twirling in mid-air, soaked in water, singing flawlessly like she literally defied gravity and killed the performance with zero fear.

That performance was “Glitter in the Air” at the 2010 Grammy Awards. She started in a robe, then peeled it off to reveal a sparkly bodysuit and got lifted into the air using silks, all while belting out her song. It was wild. Oprah called it “jaw-dropping” for a reason.

Fans and critics lost it. People were cheering, jaws dropped, and she instantly soared to the top of iTunes’ charts. Critics called it the best performance of the night, and some even dubbed it one of the most outstanding Grammy performances ever.

If that hit you emotionally, check out her grounded performance of “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken.” It’s a total vibe shift from high-flying acrobatics to a message-heavy, straight-from-the-soul piece.

She only used her voice and message in “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken,” with no flash.  Her emotional punch and bravery were praised by her fans.  “She’s powerful without a stage show,” it seemed. The audience was hushed before exploding. Strong vibrations.
